The New Zealand Child and Youth Clinical Networks (NZCYCN) are seeking passionate professionals to join the Reference Group of our Diabetes Clinical Network. We have two positions available and are particularly interested in candidates with:
- Allied Health backgrounds
- Experience working alongside Māori and Pacific communities
About the Role
As a Reference Group member, you'll contribute to national quality improvement initiatives for tamariki and rangatahi with diabetes across Aotearoa. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on reducing health disparities and improving outcomes for our most vulnerable communities.
The network's work includes developing practice guidelines, whānau resources, health professional education, and evidence-based quality improvement activities - all guided by Te Tiriti o Waitangi and our commitment to health equity.
Priority Focus We're strengthening our equity lens and will prioritise applicants who identify as Māori or Pacific and/or have demonstrated experience working within these communities.
