We're seeking a senior, values-led leader to help shape a better future for tamariki and rangatahi across Aotearoa's child and youth health system.
The Programme Manager – Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Equity is a pivotal role within PSNZ, working in close partnership with our Māori Director and Executive Team to strengthen Te Tiriti–led practice, embed equity, and champion Te Ao Māori across our systems, decision-making, and national programmes.
If you're a respected senior leader with a strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, proven experience influencing system-level change, and credibility with clinicians and governance stakeholders, we'd like to hear from you. This 0.3 FTE role (approximately 12 hours per week) is remote-based, offering flexibility while enabling you to work at a national level on mahi that truly matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic advice on Te Tiriti, equity, and service design
- Supporting Clinical Networks to embed Te Tiriti and equity into their workplans
- Leading the development of PSNZ's Critical Treaty Analysis tools
- Building capability across PSNZ staff and members on Te Tiriti and equity practice
