In August, Danielle shared key findings from her research "Mind The Gap": Allied Health Provision of Therapy in the Neonatal Units in New Zealand, exploring the equity and reach of neonatal therapy services across Aotearoa, and workforce priorities for the future.
The September Lunch and Learn is a knowledge translation where we can build on the findings. The benchmarking study examined the content and amount of neonatal neurodevelopmental therapy being provided, alongside workforce perspectives on current challenges and future priorities. If you didn't make it to the August session, you can catch up on her research here.
This session will provide an opportunity to reflect together on how we can translate these findings into practice within our own services and communities.
