Lunch & Learn: Sleep – Working Together to Support Children and Their Whānau
Tuesday 8 July 2025 | 12:00–12:30pm | Zoom
This free online follow-up session hosted by the Neurodevelopment Clinical Network focuses on the implications for practice in supporting sleep care for children and their whānau, and why it's everyone's business.
Jane Hamer, Paediatric Physiotherapist and Clinical Leader of Paediatric Physiotherapy (part-time) for Te Whatu Ora Waitematā, will facilitate a knowledge translation session building on her presentation from the AusACPDM conference in Cairns (2024).
To get the most out of the session, attendees are encouraged to watch last month's presentation beforehand and come ready to reflect on three questions:
- What skills and knowledge do you already have to help support sleep, and what are your learning or knowledge gaps?
- What could you do differently to find out more about a child's sleep?
- In your context, what opportunities can you create to collaborate with others to help support sleep care?
